Meet Our Founder
Dr. Albion Sumrell is an Educational Consultant, supporting organizations with program development and evaluation. With experience as an administrator, teacher, and counselor, he has worked across schools, colleges, and nonprofits, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the PK-16+ educational pipeline, specifically in postsecondary education and career preparation.
Dr. Sumrell earned his B.A. in Psychology and French Studies from Emory University and his M.Ed. in School Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. He completed his Ph.D. in Educational Administration at the University of New Orleans. Passionate about educational equity, he focuses on research and program development that expand access to high-quality, career-aligned opportunities for youth and adults.
